Who am I - Biography
I come from a lower middle-class family, where dreams were often limited by circumstances. But from a very young age, I carried an intense desire within me a desire to earn recognition, create an identity, and make my mark in society.
The journey, however, was far from easy. There were phases in my life when my decisions, actions, and choices were constantly questioned. I faced criticism, judgment, and rejection from people around me. Many doubted my vision, while others believed I was chasing unrealistic dreams. But somewhere deep inside, I knew I was meant for something bigger. Then life took an unexpected turn. A sudden accident became a wake-up call that forced me to pause and rethink the direction of my life. Around the same time, my father offered me responsibility for a small Grocery store. But driven by my ambitions and unwilling to settle before proving myself, I refused the offer. That decision created distance between us, and eventually, I was asked to leave home. With no stable job, very little money, and countless uncertainties, I moved to Delhi carrying nothing but dreams and determination. Life there was harsh. I took up odd jobs just to survive and depended on the kindness of an old friend who gave me a place to stay when I had nowhere else to go.
Then came the moment that changed me forever. I received the devastating news of my father’s sudden demise and rushed back home. What I saw shattered me. There was barely any money left, and the burden of reality stood right in front of me. In that difficult moment, my mother said something that stayed with me forever — “It’s time to grow up.”
Those words transformed my life. That phase broke me, rebuilt me, and shaped the person I was always meant to become. From that moment onward, I stopped chasing shortcuts and started building myself with discipline, resilience, and purpose.
This is not just my story.
It is a journey of struggle, self-discovery, failure, responsibility, and transformation. And this is how my real journey began.
CHILDHOOD
My childhood was very different from what most people experience. I never had the privilege of studying in big private schools or living a comfortable life. I studied in a small government school where the monthly fee was just two rupees. Even that small amount sometimes felt difficult for my family to manage. Life taught me survival much earlier than it teaches most people. Growing up in a tough environment, I was deeply influenced by the streets around me. As a young boy, I was fascinated by power, influence, and the respect people commanded through fear. I often found myself around local goons and dominant personalities because, somewhere inside me, I wanted to feel strong, important, and recognized. At that age, I didn’t fully understand the difference between power and purpose. I was simply a young boy searching for identity in a world where opportunities were limited and struggles were real. While other children were dreaming about careers, I was trying to understand life through hardships, pressure, and survival. Those experiences shaped my mindset, made me street-smart, and taught me lessons no classroom ever could. But deep down, beyond the confusion and chaos, there was always a fire within me — a desire to rise above my circumstances and become someone meaningful. That difficult childhood didn’t break me. It built the foundation of the person I am today.
CAREER
I came from a background where my education wasn’t really up to par, and honestly, I struggled a lot to shape my career. I felt completely lost, like a headless chicken, not knowing where to turn. Eventually, I made my way to Delhi, chasing any job I could find, but all I faced was rejection after rejection. At one point, it really became about survival of the fittest and that’s when I got a job at McDonald’s, working as a sweeper. I remember cleaning every corner first floor, second floor and it was tough. I didn’t even have the confidence to speak English, but something inside me kept pushing. I was determined to get better.
That’s when I met a kind man, the branch manager at SBI, who gave me a chance free English classes. At first, I was slow, but my teacher adapted the lessons for me, and step by step, I improved. I completed my education, strengthened my English, and eventually landed a formal role as an operative. But it didn’t stop there I kept moving. After McDonald’s, I worked at Hindustan Times, selling papers, doing odd jobs until I got a call center job in Hutch. That was a turning point. For the first time, I had a clean desk, a computer, a phone line and in that moment, I knew I had to grow.
I went on to finish my Bachelor’s in Computer Science from IGNOU, and after that, I landed my first professional role in a recruitment firm, still learning English along the way. But I never gave up. I kept expressing my dream to be a recruiter, and when I got the chance, I gave it my all. I excelled, earned recognition, and finally found my calling. his specialization led me to the UK, where I continued my recruitment work and honed my skills. My journey then took me to the USA, where I met a friend who introduced me to entrepreneurship. Today, I own two companies— Creatigrity Technologies Pvt. Ltd. which is based in India and the other is Three Point Solutions, Inc which is in USA.
ENTREPRENEUR
My entrepreneurial journey began during my time in the U.S., a period where I was searching for both purpose and a path forward. I had just started scaling a small venture when I took a bold step. I hired a person who, on paper, didn’t have a bachelor’s degree. To me, though, it was never about the degree; it was about skill, grit, and potential. But this decision sparked a wave of controversy. In the U.S., it became a big talking point why had I taken that risk? I defended my choice, having countless conversations with my stakeholders, explaining that this person had the skills, the drive, and the vision. But, despite my belief, it didn’t work out in the end. That day was a turning point for me. It was a moment of realization: I knew I had to build something bigger. I had to create a platform where freshers and underrepresented talent could access the guidance and opportunities I never had. So, I made the bold decision to move back to India, leaving the U.S. behind, with this dream burning inside me. As I began laying the foundation for my company, I went on a relentless search for a name something that truly reflected my values. I must have gone through dozens of options, but nothing clicked. Then, one day, it hit me I was always talking about being creative, and I was always talking about integrity. Why not fuse them? And just like that, CreatiGrity was born a name that embodied creativity fused with grit and integrity. And so, CreatiGrity Technologies Private Limited was set in motion born from a personal struggle, fueled by a desire to uplift others, and grounded in the belief that real talent can thrive beyond traditional credentials.
CONTENT CREATOR
My content creation journey unfolded in 2021, and it began with a simple, yet powerful intention: to put a face to my name. Up until that point, people knew me as an entrepreneur, but I remained a somewhat distant figure, hidden behind the brand. I realized, if I wanted to truly connect, if I wanted my voice to carry weight and authenticity, I had to step into the spotlight. So, I started on YouTube, not with flashy tutorials, but with a focus on social issues—current affairs, societal trends, and those pressing questions we often overlook. I wanted people to see not just the entrepreneur, but the person behind the mission—someone who cared deeply about how society was evolving, and how we, collectively, could make a difference. But as I dove deeper, I realized I needed a wider canvas. I wanted to evolve beyond the screen and into conversations—real, unscripted conversations with diverse voices. That’s when I pivoted toward podcasting. I discovered that, in this vast world of audio, each guest was a teacher, each story a lesson. The beauty of a podcast is that it creates a classroom where every person you meet broadens your perspective. And so, with this vision, I launched “Plug In with Pramod,” a space where I could connect with changemakers, innovators, and everyday heroes. Every episode became a journey—an invitation to learn, to reflect, and to grow. And through this, I realized that my voice, paired with every guest’s wisdom, was not just a story—it was a movement, inviting everyone to plug in and be part of something bigger.
